On Friday, a small group of us sat down to watch the documentary, Chasing Ice. In a nutshell it’s the story of a leading photographer trying to record the melting of the glaciers and put this evidence of climate change in front of the public. We found it beautiful in its imagery and scary in its conclusions. Most of all, for a movie – its was a good story well told, so we’re planning to do a public showing in the Heatons soon. Watch this space…
This is the trailer – and I was wondering – what other films on a green theme should we be looking to show?

Thanks for this Nicola. It’s also worth knowing that the director, Franny Armstrong, went on to set up the 10:10 organisation – http://www.1010global.org/uk – who have all sorts of advice about cutting your carbon footprint.
